Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Super Berry Burst Filling
4 cups frozen (thawed) and/or fresh berries (any combination of
blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
The juice of one juicy lemon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 pie crusts, refrigerated or frozen
Mix all ingredients except crust together. Place crust on pie plate, 
top with berry mixture. Place top crust on, cutting slits for steam 
to escape. Seal edges by tucking top crust over bottom and 
pinching together. Brush top with egg wash and sprinkle top curst 
with granulated sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 
at 350 for 30 minutes.
