1 box Pillsbury Moist Supreme Cake Mix
½cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
½cup lemonade concentrate thawed
1 cup fresh blueberries, ormore to taste
2 tablespoonsflour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spraymuffin pan with non‐stick cooking spray.
Blend cakemix, water, oil and eggsin a large bowl untilmoistened. Beat with amixer on low speed for
2minutes or whisk by hand for 2minutes. Set aside. Mix the blueberries and flourtogetherin a small
bowlto coatthe blueberries. Discard any remaining flourthatremainsin the bottomofthe bowl. Fold
in the blueberriesinto the cake batter above, and spoon into themuffin tins about 2/3 full. Bake for 18
to 22minutes.
